Colliers International to manage .KTW I
Colliers International is to be the manager of the first of two buildings of the .KTW office complex in Katowice. The owner of the project is TDJ Estate.
.KTW is a modern A class office complex being developed at al. Roździeńskiego 1 near the Spodek entertainment and sports hall and the International Congress Centre. Ultimately, the complex will consist of two buildings offering a total of over 58,000 sqm of office space and over 3,600 sqm of retail space. The construction of the first, 14-storey .KTW I office building with an area of almost 20,000 sqm is slowly coming to an end. A road system has been created in the surrounding area, and inside intensive finishing work is underway for the first tenants who will come here in June 2018. Tenants and guests of .KTW I will be provided with over 240 parking spaces located on a three-story underground car park.

As the manager, Colliers will be responsible for building and maintaining relations with tenants, building management and financial services. In addition, after completion of .KTW I, the company will take care of the proper preparation of the building before the first tenants move in.
