New regional division at the leasing and sales department of the Skanska’s commercial development business unit

Paulina Strutyńska has been promoted to the position of Leasing & Asset Director at Skanska’s commercial development business unit. She is now responsible for leasing processes in the Warsaw market as well as Key Customer Management. Agnieszka Krawczyk-Rogowska is responsible for project commercialization and client liaison in Gdańsk, Kraków, and Bucharest, while Marek Stasieńko is responsible for the Wrocław, Poznań, and Łódź markets.

Paulina Strutyńska, previously Senior Leasing Manager at Skanska, has been Leasing & Asset Director in the Warsaw market since April this year. To date, she has been involved in the commercialization of the projects such as Atrium 2, the Generation Park complex (buildings X, Y, Z), and Studio B. She has been involved in leasing transactions for 160,000 sqm of office space, including the record lease signed with the PZU Group (47,600 sqm in Generation Park Y). As part of her role, Paulina will also be responsible for key client services, working alongside Łukasz Kwieciński.

Łukasz Kwieciński was appointed Customer Satisfaction & Property Management Director this year. In this role, he is responsible for the implementation of the property management strategy (including the analysis of customer satisfaction data) in Central and Eastern Europe.

Agnieszka Krawczyk-Rogowska (also Leasing & Asset Director) is now responsible for Gdańsk, Kraków, and Bucharest, as well as the activities related to the development of the ESG+ offer and the creation of added value for tenants in terms of sustainability. Agnieszka Krawczyk-Rogowska's commercialization projects include the Wave building (Gdańsk) and Equilibrium I&II (Bucharest). Marek Stasieńko (Leasing & Asset Director) is responsible for projects in Wrocław (Centrum Południe office complex), Poznań (Nowy Rynek office complex), and Łódź (Brama Miasta I&II), as well as long-term investor relations. Marek Stasieńko is also responsible for operations related to the PRS sector.

– The changes we have introduced are a natural response to the dynamically changing realities of the office space market, but also to meet the expectations of our business partners – tenants and investors. With our knowledge and experience gained from working in several European markets, we want to respond even more comprehensively and effectively to their needs – says Arkadiusz Rudzki, Executive Vice President of Leasing & Sales at the Skanska’s commercial development business unit in CEE. – The approach we have developed guarantees the highest quality of operations, which is reflected in the satisfaction surveys we conduct with our partners. This is the best evidence of their trust and confirmation that we are on the right track – adds Arkadiusz Rudzki.
